Sodue Pty Ltd is seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Cavan Team (SA).

The Role

Reporting to the Retail Accountant, this role is central to maintaining accurate records, supporting month-end processes, and assisting with general finance duties. You’ll also provide backup support to other accounts clerks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Process creditor invoices and prepare payment runs

Reconcile and balance creditor statements

Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records

Respond to internal and external account queries

Reconcile accounts payable and assist with month-end reporting

Perform general accounting duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 12 months’ experience in accounts payable

Good understanding of accounting processes and accounts payable

Experience with computerised accounting systems

Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Intermediate Excel skills will be highly regarded.

A positive, team-focused attitude and attention to detail
