The Highlander Hotel has an opportunity for experienced and motivated individual to join our team. One position available in our Hotel of an Accounts Payable Officer and Receptionist Administrator.

About You - To be successful in this role, you will need:

A positive and motivated mind set

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong leadership and people skills

Attention to detail

A working knowledge of Accounting Software - MYOB is desirable

A working knowledge of Accommodation Platforms - RMS is desirable

A working knowledge of H&L is desirable

A working knowledge of BAS

A working knowledge of GST & sales tax

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Answering phones with a professional manner

Responsible for entering invoices & accounts payable/receivable

Responsible for entering accommodation, function and table reservations

Responsible for reconciling debtors

Preparation of BAS

General computer duties

Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Respond to customer enquiries

Work effectively to promote and increase customer base

Only experienced candidates need apply. Salary position on offer for the right applicant, 38hrs per week Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday. Flexible for the right applicant.
