Key Responsibilities:

Enter customer purchases and supplier invoices into accounting software

Record and track files

Review purchase invoices

E-file documents and maintain organized digital records

Manage a designated email account for accounts-related correspondence

Manage supplier Credits and Returns

Ad hoc accounts orientated tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in accounts or administration is highly desirable
