Experience – Proven experience in accounts payable / data entry or a similar finance role desirable.

Technical Skills – Proficiency in accounting software and Mathematical skills.

Attention to Detail – A meticulous approach to processing invoices and reconciling accounts.

Organisational Skills – Strong ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.

Team Collaboration – be part of a friendly team with excellent communication skills.

Problem-Solving – Confidence in resolving discrepancies and handling payment queries and collections

What You’ll Do:

Process invoices accurately and efficiently within specified deadlines.

Reconcile supplier statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.

Manage payment runs, ensuring adherence to payment terms.

Communicate effectively with external suppliers and receivers regarding payment queries.

Contribute to month-end closing activities by providing necessary reports and information.
