We are a boutique residential and commercial builder based in Melbourne with current projects located in Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island and Bayside suburbs of Melbourne.

We are seeking apprentices, fully qualified carpenters and leading hands looking to take next step to Site Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for dedicated, hard-working and versatile team players with skills pertaining to all aspects of carpentry.

At Hamilton Bardin Builders we take pride in all aspects of the build and insist on quality over quantity. This has enabled us to build the business to focus predominantly luxury residential projects.

You would be joining our crew of carpenters and site supervisors whilst being fully supported by companies the two directors. We are looking for applicants who want a career in the Building and Construction Industry, not just a job.

The Applicant
You must have the legal right to work in Australia.

To be considered for this role you will also have:

Honesty, integrity and drive.

High level of carpentry skills. (for those fully qualified)

Own basic hand and power tools.

Required licences and certifications.
- Red or White card.
- Must have own Vehicle.
- Drivers Licence.

The following competencies are desirable however, not mandatory for the position.

-Heavy Vehicle Licence.

-Intermediate Scaffold.

-Rigger/dogman.

-Forklift license.

-Non Slewing Mobile Crane.
