The Role:

We’re seeking a Team Leader / Leading Hand with a minimum of five years’ experience to lead a team of 2–3 carpenters and apprentices, driving results across our on-site operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining the ability to manage people and workflows under tight timelines with the expertise to maintain uncompromising quality in every aspect of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & coordinate daily site operations, delegating tasks and managing workflows.

• Interpret plans, organise work sequences, and ensure materials are ready when required. • Maintain strict quality standards, inspect work, and ensure safety compliance.

• Mentor carpenters and apprentices to foster skill growth and positive culture.

• Liaise professionally with builders, supervisors, and clients.

• Proactively address challenges, implement solutions, and keep management updated.
