Leading Hand/ Supervisor (Hands-On) – Boutique Brick Factory

We are seeking a hands-on Factory/Production Manager to lead our boutique brick manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can efficiently organize labor on the factory floor, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production

Manage and coordinate workers, assigning tasks to optimize workflow

Maintain quality control and ensure production targets are met

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise

Ensure workplace safety and adherence to procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in manufacturing, trades, or hands-on production management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organize a team

Practical, problem-solving mindset—able to work alongside the team

Ability to balance hands-on work with managing factory processes

Mechanical aptitude or experience with factory equipment (a plus)

This is not a desk job—we need someone who is actively involved on the factory floor and takes ownership of production.
