We’re growing — and looking for a skilled, hands-on Leading Hand Installer to join our Pakenham team.

👷‍♂️ About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position suited to someone experienced in retail fixture/furniture installation, who’s confident leading a small team on-site. You'll be the bridge between our project managers, factory-built components, and site execution — ensuring everything is delivered and installed to spec.

When installation schedules allow, you will also work closely with our Factory Director in Pakenham to assist with warehouse co-ordination — including preparing goods for dispatch, overseeing incoming deliveries, and ensuring project stock is organised and ready for upcoming rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Install custom joinery, retail fixtures, and displays to high-quality standards

Lead, coordinate, and train a small site team (internal and subcontract)

Interpret shop drawings and solve site-based problems independently

Liaise with project managers, clients, and trades on-site

Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

Maintain site cleanliness and compliance with WHS regulations

Assist with warehouse co-ordination during installation downtime, including inventory checks, dispatch preparation, and goods receipt

Support warehouse and workshop prep between installations as required

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years’ hands-on installation experience (retail, joinery, display, or fitout)

Strong technical aptitude and ability to read detailed shop drawings

Natural leadership ability and interest in team development

Self-motivated, punctual, and professional under pressure

White Card required

Own tools and licence preferred (vehicle allowance or company van negotiable)

💰 What’s on Offer:

$80,000 – $100,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
