About the Role: Our client, a highly regarded Maxillofacial Surgeon with 5 star google reviews is based in vibrant South Melbourne, which is close to public transport, cafes and the CBD.

This wonderful Senior Receptionist position is a full-time opportunity, working 7:30am – 5:30pm, across 4 days per week with a rotating RDO every Monday or Wednesday, offering excellent work-life balance.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients at reception with professionalism and warmth
• Managing incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and patient communication
• Processing payments, Medicare and private health rebates
• General administrative support
• Efficient use of Genie medical software for patient records and billing

About You:
We are seeking a warm, professional and dedicated Senior Receptionist that has ideally worked within a busy medical or dental practice and has the following experience:

• Previous experience in a medical or dental reception role (ideally)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with medical practice software (Genie ideal)
• A high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a specialist setting
