About us

Marina Radiology is a privately owned, non-corporatised radiology provider, with 12 sites currently in operation across Victoria. Full time positions (38 hours per week) are available for our sites located located in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. Shifts are 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10-6pm with the option to work on Saturdays from 9am-1pm (penalty rates apply). While previous reception experience is preferred, it is not essential. Tasks & responsibilities

Creating a great first impression when greeting patients/referring doctors/other industry associates both face to face and over the telephone

Answering/transferring incoming calls

Booking appointments

Entering patients and referrer details accurately and in a timely manner

General related administration work (scanning/faxing/emailing, etc.)

Ensuring work flow is conducted in a correct and timely manner

Opening/closing branch
