About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional clinic environment, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

This is a stable, long-term role suited to someone who enjoys routine, reliability, and being an essential part of a close-knit clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner

Managing phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries

Scheduling and managing practitioner appointments

Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS/Medicare)

Maintaining accurate patient records and clinic systems

Supporting practitioners with general administrative tasks

Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised
