About the role

This full-time / Casual Sales Assistant position within TILES @ WHOLESALE' -Tile and Bath Warehouse in Malaga/Myaree, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team & opportunity to grow with promotion in future. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales efforts of the company and after sales responsibilities.

Key responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Demonstrating product knowledge to customers and providing recommendations

Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments

Providing administrative support to the sales team

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the company

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail sales or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Excellent product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about the company's product range

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

A positive, friendly, and professional attitude

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, multi-Locations, including weekends
