About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused BDM to join our team in Gnangara, WA.
This is a hands on, full time position (40 hrs/week) where you’ll be the face of W Win Engineering, building strong relationships with new and existing customers while supporting our branch operations.
You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager, assisting with sales enquiries, parts interpretation, quotes, and dispatch, while also getting out on the road to connect with clients and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales and parts enquiries
Interpret customer requirements and provide accurate product support
Prepare sales quotations, purchase orders, and dispatch documentation
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing process and product development
What You Bring
Previous experience in sales or customer service (concrete, construction, or mechanical industry experience highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities
Understanding of parts sales, supply chain operations, or technical/mechanical products
Experience with MYOB (advantageous) and willingness to learn internal systems
Current Australian driver’s licence
What We Offer
Base salary starting at $70,000
An additional commission-based incentive program, to be introduced within the first six months of employment following a comprehensive review
