Our company is a growing national Importer / Retailer of both heavy and light machinery including generators and industrial plant. We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Internal Sales Person to offer reliable support in our Perth Office.

Our Expectations:

• The position requires you to be highly organized, reliable and proficient in interacting with customers to provide useful product information and effectively conduct sales.
• Technical knowledge of generators would be preferred or keen to learn.
• Your duties vary from counter sales, telephone sales, goods dispatching procedures .
• Provide customers with information on product pricing, quotations, features, and availability.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and sales promotions.
• Stock Management with regular stock taking procedures.
• Must have computer literacy with high level of data entry accuracy.
• Handling of credit card and cash transactions to process customer receipts.
• Provide solutions and address / resolve client issues or challenges.
• A current Forklift Operator’s License is preferred.
• A current driver's license is also essential.

This position will be a full-time permanent position after successful completion of a three (3) month probation period. Wages and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
