Reporting to the CEO and Medical Director, come join our organisation in this rewarding role, where you will lead and support the management, operations, efficiency and financial performance of medical centres through out Regional WA and the Northern Territory:

Leading your team to achieve optimum service quality along with cost and productivity targets

Bringing new acquisitions online

Analysing and interpreting financial and budgetary information to influence and improve business strategy

Establishing good rapport with internal and external stakeholders including centre staff, Doctors, Allied Health professionals, etc.

Coaching and supporting Area Mangers to manage and develop their reception and nursing teams

Working with Area Managers and centre staff to implement and maintain systems, policies and procedures

Providing safe and healthy working environments

Maintaining a professional and friendly work environment

Do you have the qualities that we are looking for?

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role, managing an engaged and collaborative team

At least 5 years’ experience working within a medical centre environment

Strong financial and budgetary knowledge

Ability to travel when required to clinics in regional WA and Northern Territory

High level of experience using Best Practice and Microsoft Office products

High level of experience in Medicare rules, PRODA and MBS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven multi-tasking, prioritisation, problem solving and time management skills
