We’re an expanding automotive group launching two brand-new BYD service center in Pakenham and Cranbourne. To support this growth, we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist / Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our valued clients – someone who can confidently manage front desk duties while also supporting service operations in the workshop.

This is a dynamic hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.

🔍 About the Role:

You will be working at the heart of our service department – greeting customers, managing bookings, preparing repair orders, and liaising with our workshop team. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience for every customer.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact at reception – in person, via phone, and email

Schedule service bookings and manage the daily service calendar

Open and manage repair orders (ROs) in the system

Communicate service updates and repair timelines to customers

Liaise with technicians and parts department to coordinate workflow

Ensure the reception area and customer lounge are clean and presentable

Assist with administrative tasks as required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a Reception, Service Advisor, or Customer Service role

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy workshop

A professional, welcoming manner with strong communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Confident using computer systems (DMS/CRM experience is a plus)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Full Australian working rights

Valid Australian Driver’s License
