Bendigo Mitsubishi, MG & Renault is seeking a customer focused Receptionist/Advisor in our busy Service Department.

Greeting customers with courtesy, professional enthusiasm and ensuring their needs are attended to.

Communicating with customers transparently on all facets of their interaction with a business.

Handling a high volume of incoming calls

Representing the professional image of a company that is aligned to well known and respected brands.

The role requires good communication, phone and computer skills.

Candidates with retail or hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Impeccable presentation with a cheerful, warm and friendly disposition.

A high level of attention to detail and focused on following processes.

Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in periods of high demand.

High levels of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with long term customers.

Ability to build and maintain rapport with new customers.

Ability to work well within a team and also take a leadership role when needed.

An ability to use good judgement and adapt in a constantly changing environment.

A ‘can do’ attitude.

Experience working with computers/cash registers.

Desire to maintain the professional image of a business by keeping the Reception area and Customer Lounge tidy, clean and welcoming at all times.

Some basic mechanical knowledge would be well regarded.

Previous experience working in a Receptionist, retail or customer service role would be an advantage.
