About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for a full-time role as Customer Service Receptionist. Based in Moorabbin, this is a full-time role providing administrative support to our whole team.

You will be taking care of internal and external customer queries, so it is important that you are a confident, friendly individual with an enthusiastic approach to work.

A clear, professional, and upbeat telephone manner with the ability to manage a busy switchboard.

MS Office experience including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong initiative and proactive organisational skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.

Capability to work as part of a team and unsupervised.

An ability to work under pressure whilst multi-tasking.

Professional presentation.

Full permanent work rights is a must.

About the role

We are looking for a "Director of First Impressions" who understands and appreciates the importance of this position and will take the opportunity to make the role their own.

Tasks:

Managing reception with face-to-face customer service.

Processing new bookings via email, phone, and over the counter.

Building and maintaining client relationships.

Maintenance of customer records in multiple systems.

Arranging and booking of service calls.

Liaising with couriers.

General administration and office duties.

Keeping reception, kitchen, and common areas clean, tidy and in good working order at all times.

Follow up and quoting of customers.

Taking items to the post office for shipping.

Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri 9am to 5pm, Thursday's are until 5:30pm.
