ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to business expansion, we're looking for a mature Customer Service Specialist / Receptionist, for our family-run Audiology hearing clinic.

This position is essential at HEARING SAVERS, as the first point of contact with our clients.

The role is:

Permanent

Full-time, Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm

Malvern/Caulfield/Bentleigh location

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Customer service experience - previous experience in audiology / medical / healthcare valued but not essential

Warm, friendly and personable manner

Computer literacy

Ability to multi-task and prioritise, particularly during peak times

Willingness to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of team

Genuinely interested in helping our clients

WHAT'S IN A TYPICAL DAY?

Front desk reception, meet & greet clients

Inbound and outbound telephone calls, SMS & emails

Appointment setting, confirmations

Client invoices, payment processing

General data entry, document scanning

Liaise with suppliers and other external parties

Prepare clinic & consultation rooms

Hands-on helping clients resolve issues with their hearing aids
