We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our high-performing service team!

What does your day look like:

Answering incoming service calls and returning calls on behalf of the service department

Creating customer bookings

Coordinating loan vehicle bookings for customers

Preparing Repair Orders daily for the following day

Liaise with Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Service Manager and other front-line service staff

Performing clerical and general administrative duties as required to help support the wider service team

About you:

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

A positive and proactive demeanor

A commitment to delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience

Ability to follow processes and procedures

High attention to detail and well-developed customer service skills

Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities within a team environment

Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry essential
