Based in Perth, this role will work alongside our Operations Manager and existing Operations Coordinator. You'll report directly to the Operations Manager while contributing to our end-to-end coordination and support of operations and logistics processes throughout Western Australia.

The position is full-time, requiring flexibility with work hours to suit seasonal demands of our host businesses requirements. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to various regions across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the PALM Scheme Deed and Guidelines and our obligations as an Approved Employer under the program. Monitor and adopt the required changes and directives under the PALM program.

End-to-end offshore recruitment processes – planning, selection, onboarding, and mobilisations (arrivals, redeployments and departures)

Provide ongoing support to employees and host employers during seasonal and long-term placements

Build and maintain a strong relationship with employees, host employers, other stakeholders and service providers

Conduct regular Welfare and Wellbeing meetings with employees, in-person or by video call

Undertake administration tasks to ensure our company processes and procedures are completed accurately and on time including:

submissions on PALMIS IT system

visa processing

database and spreadsheet entries and reporting

daily reporting on contact log

incident reporting (including responding to feedback)

submitting mobilization reports

data entry.

Maintain records and documentation as required throughout the day-to-day operations of the business

Understand and abide by company policies and procedures

Conduct site visits to host employers across various regions in Western Australia, including completing OH&S Risk Assessments and Accommodation and Company Vehicle Fleet inspections

Record daily tasks and hours worked using a time-tracking system.
