We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of our stock, supplier relationships, and e-commerce growth.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of our stock, supplier relationships, and e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Purchasing & Supplier Management
◦ Purchase and manage existing stock.
◦ Source and negotiate with new suppliers to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
◦ Develop strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and value.
• Inventory Control
◦ Maintain accurate stock levels and set appropriate minimum/maximum holdings to ensure the workshop never runs out.
◦ Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
◦ Oversee the storeperson to ensure job flows are efficient and parts are prepared on time.
• Sales & Customer Service Support
◦ Assist with parts quotes and respond to general enquiries.
◦ Work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
• E-Commerce Growth
◦ Maintain and update our Shopify page with new products.
◦ Expand our online store presence through advertising and marketing strategies.
◦ Drive sales growth through e-commerce initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain roles (automotive or trade background highly regarded).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Confident communicator with suppliers, team members, and customers.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience highly desirable).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
