The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role for a dynamic, strategic, and energetic property management professional. As Head of Property Management, you’ll lead a high-performing team, drive operational improvements, and foster a thriving culture. Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and empower senior PMs, assistants, leasing staff, and admin support

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and service excellence

Drive KPIs, accountability, and client satisfaction outcomes

Collaborate with senior leadership on systems, processes, and customer journey improvements

Implement innovation, automation, and tech solutions to enhance efficiency

Manage budgets, staffing, and performance reporting

Resolve complex landlord/tenant issues professionally

Champion coaching, professional growth, and career pathways within the team

About You

10+ years in real estate or a similar industry, with strong operational and legislative expertise

At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity

Proven ability to develop strategy, improve performance, and inspire large teams

Strong financial acumen for budgeting and reporting

Hands-on experience with PropertyMe and other industry platforms

Exceptional communicator and culture-builder with a passion for innovation

Formal qualifications in real estate, business, or leadership (preferred but not essential)
