About the Role

Take charge of the end-to-end operations of a residential portfolio, working closely with landlords and tenants to deliver outstanding property management services. With the support of a collaborative team and encouraging leadership, you’ll have every opportunity to grow and develop in real estate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing residential property portfolios day-to-day
• Coordinating maintenance projects
• Conducting property inspections and reporting
• Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Engaging with contractors and service providers
• Staying up to date with relevant legislation and processes
