About You

You’re a highly organised, experienced Property Manager who’s confident managing your own portfolio and thrives in a team environment. With strong communication skills and a professional, positive approach, you take pride in delivering excellent service to clients. You’re well-presented, corporately groomed, and enjoy problem-solving and negotiating to achieve the best results.

Has proven experience managing a property portfolio

Is organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Communicates confidently and builds strong client relationships

Is professional, positive, and a team player

Is well-presented and polished

Enjoys problem-solving and negotiating

Requirements

Has a positive attitude and a professional, team-focused approach

Holds a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management

Has knowledge of Property Tree (preferred but not essential)

Possesses a current Property Management Registration licence

Holds a valid Police Check

Has a driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Demonstrates clear verbal and written communication skill
