As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Property Manager to take the reins of a portfolio of approximately 80 residential properties.

About the Role

As our new Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-tier customer service.

In this role, you will:

Manage a portfolio of about 80 residential properties with full autonomy

Advertise vacancies, screen applicants, and select quality tenants

Manage rent arrears and prepare SACAT applications

Negotiate, prepare and renew lease agreements

Be the main point of contact for owners and tenants, handling queries with professionalism and care

Oversee and coordinate repairs and maintenance promptly

Liaise with business partners and contractors for timely service delivery

Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining accurate records

About You

You’re an experienced Property Manager who’s organised, client-focused, and ready to grow with a forward-thinking company.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

Minimum 12 months of experience as a Property Manager

A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Certificate IV (or equivalent)

Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail

A strong focus on customer service and building relationships

Tech-savviness and experience with systems like Outlook, PropertyMe, Tapi, and Inspect Real Estate

A self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
