About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Office Assistant to join our team at Window Energy Solutions in Bayswater, VIC. This part-time role will provide key administrative and clerical support to our operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Customer service including answering incoming phone calls and emails

Assisting with the coordination of schedules and appointments

Providing general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and document management

Ideal for secondary school aged parent living locally

Assisting in warehouse from time to time, including cutting film & stock movement

Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in customer service in a similar industry or stock sales

Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly personality

Proficiency in MYOB sales invoicing & Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A flexible and adaptable approach to work

Preferred hours 9-4pm Monday to Friday
