We’re now looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our phenomenal team. This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, thrives on variety, and loves keeping a busy team running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate day-to-day office admin tasks

Prepare safety documentation, induction packs, and job handover manuals

Book travel and accommodation for our installation crews

Keep licenses, training records, and compliance paperwork up to date

Assist the team with general office support

Jump in where needed — you’ll be the “go-to” person who makes things happen

About You

Highly organised, with great attention to detail

Comfortable juggling different tasks and priorities

A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team

Previous admin experience is ideal, but attitude and drive are what matter most
