Peacock Inn Hotel is looking for a full time experienced Venue Supervisor to work alongside the management team with us!

This role requires availability for rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

General venue supervising

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

Staff management

Experience managing teams of 9-15 staff members is required

Customer queries

day to day running of the pub

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate must be obtained within 30 days of commencement

answering emails

packing down / setting up

We are looking for someone who is a good people person, who can manage staff and uphold the venue to its highest potential. along with supervising, input to improvements and general updates to venue to improve its overall customer satisfaction.

A minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality supervision experience is essential for this role.
