The Recreation is a sophisticated bistro in Fitzroy North. We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring an ambitious hospitality professional.

We pride ourselves in being an industry leader in providing training both on an internal level and assistance towards globally recognised qualifications.

The wine and beverage program is a particular feature of our business. We aspire to, coach and offer the highest delivery and knowledge in this area. We regularly open old and rare bottles from key producers around the world.

The person we are looking for is dedicated to their craft, they should have experience of section waiting and supervising. The span of experience we are looking for could be long or short but a central belief in taking charge of quality and making experiences original is essential.
