RESTAURANT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR – LUXSMITH, SEDDON

Luxsmith is a much-loved local in the heart of Seddon, and we're on the lookout for a hands-on, people-loving Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're after someone who knows how to inject fun and personality into an environment whilst maintaining professionalism to get the job done. You'll be the friendly face running the floor, keeping things smooth and upbeat—even during the Friday night rush.

This is a role for someone who leads by example, knows how to manage a team, and is passionate about giving both guests and staff a top-notch experience.

Our services run Tuesday to Saturday, giving you set days off each week. You'll typically finish at a reasonable hour, and we also close for most public holidays to give our team time to recharge.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leading the FOH team – hiring, training, mentoring

Managing rosters, stock, and day-to-day operations

Keeping on top of compliance and safety standards

Valid RSA certification is mandatory for this position

Helping drive revenue and reporting on performance

ABOUT YOU

2+ years experience in a similar role

Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor is required

Confident wine knowledge (you don't need to be a sommelier, but you know your way around a drinks list)

Calm under pressure, with a positive, can-do attitude

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Australian work rights are required for this position
