About the Role:
As our Barista / Event Waiter, you’ll craft expertly brewed espresso-based drinks with flair, while also delivering warm, attentive service to guests during events. Your versatility, attention to detail, and positive energy will help elevate our events and create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve consistently high-quality espresso and specialty coffee drinks, with a focus on latte art

· Provide polished and professional table service during sit-down dinners, corporate events, and private functions

· Operate and maintain professional coffee equipment with care and precision

· Engage guests with friendly, knowledgeable service and offer coffee and menu recommendations

· Assist with event setup, service, and pack-down as part of a dynamic team

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of coffee stations and dining areas

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience as a barista and waiter, ideally in premium hospitality or event settings

· Passion for coffee, excellent espresso skills, and proficiency in latte art

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills

· Professional appearance and a positive, adaptable attitude

· Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, dynamic environments

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied event schedules

· Relevant barista certifications or formal hospitality training is a plus
