About the role

Sapphire Beach Grocer' is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at our café located in Coffs Harbour, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to our customers

Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive café experience

Assist with general café duties such as food preparation, inventory management, and cleaning

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the café

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the café/hospitality industry

Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to consistently produce high-quality beverages

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for the hospitality industry

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
