Your Role

As a Site Supervisor/Foreman, under the direction of a Site Manager you will be responsible for direct, plan, coordinate, and implement construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity for a site supervisor with an eye for detail and with a passion for construction

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction projects by Direct, plan, coordinate, and implement construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Manage construction teams by Supervise and lead construction teams to ensure efficient and safe working conditions.

Ensure compliance by Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, health, safety, environment, and quality requirements.

Lead safety and quality by Take charge of safety, efficiency, and quality on-site, ensuring all aspects of the project meet industry standards.

Manage risks by Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the construction process.

Collaborate with stakeholders by Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and effective

About You

Minimum 3+ years local experience delivering commercial building projects as a Site supervisor/foreman

Developing knowledge of trades, standards, and NCC compliance

Sound knowledge of OH&S practices and procedures

Ability to work independently while following site management direction

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
