Integro Homes are a family-owned and run boutique builder, based in Wangara and predominantly servicing the Northern Coastal suburbs of Perth, specialising in developments and luxury homes.
Being a boutique builder means we limit the number of projects we undertake at any one time allowing us to provide these projects with enhanced care, attention and time.
The Role
Integro Homes is seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Wangara. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you’ll take charge of residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your round will be based in the Northan coastal suburbs of Perth. Reporting to the Builder, you’ll lead your sites with precision, while ensuring compliance, and exceptional build quality.
Key Responsibilities
Managing 8-10 projects at any one time, you will oversee all aspects of residential construction, ensuring projects meet milestones and quality benchmarks. These projects may include a small portion of renovations, large homes and or commercial work.
Inspire and manage tradespeople, allocate resources effectively, and maintain a strong, reliable trade base. Integro Homes have an established trade base, however, will consider supporting trade base of an experienced supervisor.
Champion workplace health and safety and ensure all sites meet environmental and WHS requirements.
Ensuring our projects are built with the highest quality of workmanship, in accordance with the Building Codes and in line with company procedures
Be able to interpret building plans, engineers’ reports and specifications
Be a positive, reliable presence on site—and the go-to person for getting things done
Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
What we are looking for
A strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Building Supervisor or in a similar construction management role. Both residential and commercial experience is preferred but not essential.
WA driver's License
The capability of working in a fast-paced environment
Sound understanding of the relevant legislation, standards and codes and the ability to interpret building plans, engineers reports and specifications
Excellent time management, programming and organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail
Effective communication and sound problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proficient IT skills. Experience with Truth Engine Software preferred but not essential.
