About the role

As a Residential Site Supervisor at Broadview Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our residential construction projects in the Perth area. This full-time position involves managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and within set timelines and budgets.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and supervising construction crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and timely project completion

Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise

Ensuring construction activities adhere to all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies

Collaborating with the project management team to provide regular progress updates and forecasting

Liaising with clients, architects and other stakeholders to address their queries and concerns

Implementing quality control measures and conducting regular site inspections

Mentoring and developing the skills of junior site staff

What we're looking for

Substantial experience (5+ years) as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the residential construction industry

Strong working knowledge of construction methods, building codes and safety regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills

Exceptional organisational and time management abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders

A proven track record of delivering residential construction projects on time and within budget

Relevant construction-related qualifications or certifications
