Job Opportunity: GRADUATE SITE SUPERVISOR

Looking for a full-time job after finishing your degree this year?

We're on the hunt for a high-performing Graduate Site Supervisor to facilitate residential and commercial construction projects in Perth, Western Australia.

You'll work closely with our Project Manager to ensure job sites are running smoothly, safely, and with excellence.

We are flexible with a commencement date.

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field OR have 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience with supervisory exposure OR previous experience in site supervision

Are willing to learn and take initiative

Have a growth mindset

Have great time management, organisational skills and attention to detail

Are passionate about producing a high-quality product that makes clients proud

Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian citizenship or permanent residency)

Hold a current White Card (Construction Induction Training) and full manual driver's licence (minimum Class C)

Are tech-savvy and familiar with onsite construction tools and software (or willing to learn)

Experience with or willingness to learn construction management software (e.g., BuilderTrend, Procore), Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile project tracking applications

Can read plans, follow checklists, and maintain site safety and order

Demonstrate understanding of Australian building codes, WHS regulations, and quality assurance processes in residential or commercial construction
