Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate civil construction crews to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery

Communicate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and on-site teams

Enforce WHS, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Manage labour, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project objectives

Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and records

Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures on site

Provide regular updates and solutions to leadership to drive results

About You

You are a proactive, results-driven leader with strong civil construction supervision experience. You lead by example, ensure safety compliance, and motivate your teams to achieve high performance.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

5+ years’ experience as a civil construction supervisor

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, equipment, and materials

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams

Understanding of safety regulations, quality control, and environmental standards

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications

Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred, but not mandatory

Bonus: FIFO experience, SS26 certificate, commercial construction knowledge
