Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage c30 homes, across the Southern suburbs of Success/Treeby

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:

• Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
• Allocate materials and trades to job sites
• Ensure timely construction of new homes
• Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
• Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
• Maintain and updating company systems
• Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
• Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
• Carpentry background held in high regard
• A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
