As our Construction, Supervisor Manager, you will be delivering quality, productivity, and safety, you will be accountable for ensuring each project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

We're seeking an experienced professional with at least 8-10 years in residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance

Monitor and uphold building quality in line with NCC standards

Oversee construction programs, job start timelines and resource allocation

Manage construction budgets, site cleanliness, and cost control

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites

Support dispute resolution and legal compliance matters related to construction

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation

Drive continuous improvement in construction procedures and productivity

Review engineering drawings for build efficiency and feasibility

Evaluate supervisor performance across key KPIs including contractor management, site safety, and project progress

Oversee PCI inspections and maintenance strategies

Contribute to the development of company-wide construction strategies

Essential Skills

Proven experience managing residential construction projects ($1.M -$5M range)

Advanced knowledge of NCC and WA Building Codes

Strong proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office

Excellent contract management and cost control abilities
