Position Overview
The Key Account Development position is responsible for acquiring, managing and growing relationships with Calco’s key clients. This role requires a strong mix of sales, business development, and account management skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives through proactive account planning and business development.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support new client acquisition.
Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies.
Account Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client business goals and Calco’s growth strategy.
Work closely with design, technical, and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to management.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and business drivers.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling escalations and resolving issues effectively.
Project Delivery & Support
Oversee project execution and solution implementation within key accounts.
Ensure smooth delivery, service quality, and after-sales support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Reporting & Compliance
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account reports to management.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in key account management, B2B sales of new home construction related products.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
