The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow our portfolio across VIC, TAS, and SA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building long-term partnerships, driving commercial success, and collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key Industry and Retail clients.
Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Sales to set and achieve commercial targets.
Drive business development initiatives including promotions, forecasting, and geographical expansion.
Utilize CRM tools to monitor opportunities and track sales performance.
Conduct regular customer visits and mapping exercises to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze competitor activity and co-develop action plans with the National Sales Manager.
Champion Puratos’ brand and services across your region.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Trade qualification in Baking or Patisserie highly regarded, or a degree in Business or related field.
Experience: 5–8 years in sales or the baking industry.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability in problem-solving, planning, and organizing.
A proactive mindset with a passion for customer success and innovation.
