This is the perfect role for anyone looking to break into sales or build a long term career in the industry.

Much like real estate, you’ll learn the craft of prospecting, presenting, and closing deals but here you’ll be selling careers, not houses. And unlike real estate, there’s no Certificate of Registration or licence required, you’ll be trained from the ground up.

You’ll begin as an Associate to the Principal, supporting consultants and working directly with the leadership team, before progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

From day one you’ll be working directly under the Principal, a global award winning industry leader, gaining daily mentorship and insights you won’t find anywhere else.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Work directly alongside the Principal on live recruitment projects.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of industries.
• Write compelling job ads and market opportunities creatively.
• Build and maintain candidate and client pipelines using CRM systems.
• Support Consultants with shortlists, interviews, and placements.
• Shadow the Principal to learn business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional profile.
• Provide first class experiences to both candidates and clients.

What you need to bring:

• Confidence and charisma, recruitment is a people business and relationships matter.
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation at all times.
• A go getter mindset, proactive, solutions driven, and ambitious.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• High energy and resilience to thrive in a fast moving industry.
• Tech savviness, confident with Microsoft Office and modern platforms.
• Must be able to travel for client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
• A hunger to learn, grow, and build a long term career in recruitment.
