Ray White Albany Creek is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to support two experienced agents in a shared role. About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of two high-performing agents. From prospecting and client liaison to property marketing and open homes, you’ll be involved in every step of the sales process.
This is a full-time, shared position—working closely with both agents to ensure seamless support and service delivery across their client base.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting with buyer enquiries and client communications
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Attending listing appointments, auctions, and appraisals
Prospecting for new business through calls, door-knocking, and follow-ups
Preparing marketing materials and property campaigns
Managing CRM data and sales documentation
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For:
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain one)
A strong work ethic with a passion for real estate and customer service
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using technology, CRM systems, and social media
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
