Sales Associate / Property Manager

Requirements

Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

Professional presentation with excellent communication skills

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused

Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive outlook

Sales Associate Responsibilities

Prospecting and managing client relationships

Assisting with appraisals, open homes, and inspections

Managing databases, appointments, and client follow-up

Supporting marketing and lead generation activities

Property Manager Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of rental properties

Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections

Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors

Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management

Providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants
