We’re seeking a driven, switched-on and ambitious Sales Associate to support one of this agency’s top-performing agents. This role is perfect for someone with a strong desire to forge a long-term career in residential sales.

The Role:

• Assist the lead agent with all sales-related activities and tasks
• Conduct buyer callbacks following open homes
• Prospect and qualify warm leads – no cold calling required
• Maintain and update CRM (REX) with notes, follow-ups and buyer details
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Identify and categorise database contacts for targeted communication
• Provide regular buyer updates and qualify new buyer requirements
• Add and manage contact subscriptions for property alerts
• Participate in internal sales meetings and ongoing training sessions

The Candidate:

• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential)
• A passion for real estate and long-term ambition to grow in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Tech savvy – able to navigate CRM systems and digital tools
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance team
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
