We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Property Sales Associates to work in our Caboolture | Morayfield and Bribie Island offices. This is an exciting opportunity to build your real estate career while gaining hands-on experience in prospecting, listing, marketing, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

What you’ll do

Support lead agents in the prospecting, marketing, listing, and sale of properties.

Follow up enquiries from prospective sellers and buyers.

Assist with property inspections, open homes, auctions, and valuation appointments.

Prepare contracts, listing authorities, and other agreements accurately and on time.

Coordinate property marketing across online portals, social media, and print.

Attend and assist with auctions, building & pest inspections, and buyer appointments.

Manage property signage, brochures, and open home materials.

Source leads through calls, letterbox drops, social media, and database work.

Complete ad-hoc administration tasks to keep the sales process running smoothly.

About you

Essential:

Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration (minimum).

Professional and confident communication skills — in person, by phone, and in writing.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable using real estate software (e.g. Move, Freedom App, Docusign, ID4ME, Auction Now).

Current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.

Preferred:

Previous experience in a sales or real estate environment.

Social media skills across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

An interest in marketing, community events, and local area promotion.
