About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Operations & Quality Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our operations, maintain high standards of workmanship, and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse and stock control. You will be a key point of contact between management, the team, and our customers, upholding company values and ensuring every job meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency:

Manage daily scheduling, team coordination, and job timeframes to ensure timely project delivery.

Streamline processes to improve productivity across job sites and in the warehouse.

Oversee staff on-site performance and maintain time efficiency on all projects.

Stock & Warehouse Management:

Maintain accurate stock levels, inventory control, and warehouse organisation.

Ensure all materials and tools are available and properly stored.

Coordinate deliveries and manage supplier relationships as needed.

Quality Assurance & Standards:

Conduct regular inspections of completed jobs to ensure work meets company standards.

Implement and maintain quality control systems and safety procedures.

Provide training and feedback to team members on workmanship and standards.

Company Representation & Customer Relations:

Act as a point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring a high level of professionalism.

Support team members with customer interactions when needed.

Represent the company’s values and image at all times.

Company Upkeep & Values:

Help maintain a professional, clean, and safe work environment.

Promote a positive, team-first culture across the business.

Support the business owners in general operations and business development tasks.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong time management and organisational skills

Takes pride in delivering quality work

Has experience in warehouse/stock control and/or trade operations (insulation or similar is a bonus)

Communicates clearly and professionally with team members and clients

Is reliable, honest, and leads by example

Works well under pressure and adapts to changing priorities
