Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the business.

• Handle incoming calls, emergency bookings, and job scheduling.

• Prepare and manage quotes and invoices.

• Lead and coordinate our team of plumbers.

• Oversee office administration and systems.

• Occasionally assist on-site with jobs when needed.

• Ensure excellent customer service and quality standards.

About You:

• Previous experience in plumbing management, trades management, or office operations.

• Knowledge of plumbing/maintenance industry.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Good computer and communication skills.

• Plumbing background/trade knowledge is highly regarded.
