The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role involves a broad range of responsibilities, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and operational support.

You’ll play a key role in managing training schedules, supporting student enrolments, coordinating trainer logistics, and ensuring compliance with national training standards. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position that supports both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Training Operations: Manage scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for accredited courses and short programs.

Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with learners, trainers, clients, and stakeholders. Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.

Student Support: Monitor enrolments, issue confirmation documents, assist with course communications, and respond to student enquiries.

Trainer & Assessor Support: Allocate trainers, manage delivery calendars, and maintain trainer files in line with compliance requirements.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure training delivery aligns with AQF levels and nationally recognised training packages. Support audits and continuous improvement processes.

Data Management: Maintain accurate student records in aXcelerate, including AVETMISS data, USI verification, and reporting.

LMS Support: Assist with Learning Management System setup, troubleshooting, and course access.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of administrative processes, documentation, and service delivery.

About You

You’re a motivated team player with a positive attitude and a knack for organisation and problem-solving. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in an RTO environment.

Strong understanding of AQF, accredited training packages, and RTO compliance.

Experience supporting compliance activities, including audits and validation.

Proficiency in aXcelerate or similar Student Management Systems.

Strong digital literacy across Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and cloud-based systems (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams).

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting tender agreements and CSQ funding contracts.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential.
